I am the head of the food department of the company which consists of many areas such as menu development, new concepts, kitchen design, training & development, operational procedures, food safety, rewards & recognition, mentoring, supplier management / food tender & support.

Joined the group in October 2009.
Favourite Keystone venue
I love all of them but Bungalow 8 / theloft stands out because of the food style and healthiness of the menu, cool place to have a great cocktail also.
