What do you do

With my team I am responsible for all things HR. Recruitment & selection, training & development, reward & recognition, talent management, payroll, culture and health & safety to name a few. If I was to sum up my role I would have to say that it’s about partnering with management to ensure we build and sustain a framework and culture that attracts, grows, develops and retains our greatest asset our people.

I joined Keystone in March 2011.

This is going to sound corny but; I can’t choose, they are all unique and each one of them offers something special to both its customers and staff.

Favourite Keystone memory

My favourite memory has to be my introduction to the business. From day one I was made to feel like a member of a family. The amazing sense of team, the welcome I received and the numerous high fives from all staff as I made my way around experiencing each venue.
