I am responsible for the day to day running of Sugarmill and Kit and Kaboodle. Venue compliance, gaming, auditing, stock control, suppliers, reporting and systems. I deal with the environmental challenges of running a business in this vibrant entertainment precinct!

Walking into my first ANZAC Day at Cargo many years ago, the perfect day, working such an event with an amazing group of managers, most of whom are now senior managers in the company. We developed a strong professional bond as a team and now, lead our own teams.
