We’re serving up warm spiced mulled cider during the colder months here at The Winery. It’s super tasty and makes you feel warm and cosy.

While cider is fun in the sun, it also makes a great base for a hot punch concoction. We match the crisp apple flavour of Batlow Cider with cinnamon, cloves and ginger and then throw in some dark Jamaican rum for extra toasty-ness. We sweeten it up a little with brown sugar and then heat it all up in a cauldron. It tastes like Christmas in a glass. Yum!
