We thought we’d hold on to a little bit of Summer with this cocktail – combining sweet mango with some yum white chocolate and spice. It’s kind of a twist on a mango daiquiri (no, not blended thank you very much!)

We shake together some great spiced rum, mango, fresh lime and some white crème de cacao – a traditional clear choccy liqueur. To finish we add a few drops of a special habenero shrub bitters.

The effect is a great contrast of bright fresh fruit, warm earthy notes from the chocolate and a subtle spicy finish.
