Manly Wine hosted a Moët Ice Impérial White Party, serving a champagne designed to be poured and drunk over ice. Guests were asked to dress in white and were treated to a glass of Moët Ice Impérial on arrival, served over ice with lychee and mint.

Guests were also treated to a canapé menu which included raw kingfish tataki on cucumber discs, miniature veal and chorizo sausage rolls, vegetarian arancini balls, and oysters served with a lemon sorbet.
