Who are we looking for?
You will have previous experience as a hands on operations manager at a medium sized, popular and busy venue. Your strong understanding of how a venue operates will see you effectively manage all operations, cellar and back of house areas. You will have an ability to build strong working relationships, communicate effectively and have excellent people skills.

Responsibilities Include:
- Hands on management of all operational areas
- Management of back of house including; auditing, stock control, uniforms, invoicing & banking
- Leadership and training of Cellar & Setup Staff
- Ensuring policies, procedures & standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
- Overall venue compliance for licensing, work health & safety and company policy
- Making an active contribution towards business goals
- Overseeing security personnel
- Cellar maintenance
